Pound Dog Found Dog is a volunteer-powered New Jersey Nonprofit Organization and 501 (c)(3) dog rescue based in Barnegat, New Jersey, dedicated to helping dogs who need a second chance find the loving, safe and permanent homes they deserve.
We rescue dogs from kill-shelters, difficult living situations and circumstances where they may otherwise be overlooked. Once a dog comes into our care, we take the time to get to know them—not just their breed, age or size, but their personality, needs and the kind of family where they will truly thrive.
Because the goal isn't simply to find a dog a home.
It's to find the right home.

FOSTER
Our foster families provide the safe, loving environment where dogs can decompress, heal and show us who they really are.

ADOPT
We use what we learn about each dog to help match them with a family where they can truly thrive.
